I went to apply for a loan and Kirsten was helping me through the process. She was very friendly and professional, but her manager came up and started yelling at her about commission sales calls in front of me and my son. The poor girl was visibly upset by this abuse, as were we. I don't recommend anyone goto this company to do business when this is how they conduct themselves at their headquarters.

I normally have great things to say about this credit union. However, I went into the headquarters today and had to wait 30 minutes to try to open up another new account with my fiance and had 7 people pass us by without saying anything. It just didn't seem like they wanted new business at all. I have a problem with bad customer service places and I have to post online. Hopefully this can be rectified from somebody in the headquarters building that cares about 7 employees looking at an existing customer that wants to expand his finances with you. Headquarters! I mean really....30 min! We walked out!

Worst bank ever has not returned my call and now the phone system doesn’t even connect you to a live agent I would never recommend this bank to anyone.

This place - I just can’t. Tried to call and had an hour wait time. Then I called again and they hung I on me. I hate sierra central - they are the worse.

CROOKS. Do NOT get a loans through them. We financed an rv through them and they take random amounts of interest out every payment and only a few dollars are going to the principle. Will be refinancing with another institution so they don’t get another dime from us. Never seen a loan do this ever!! Reporting this to an agency to look into this for us. Not right

DO NOT FINANCE A VEHICLE WITH THIS ARCHAIC EXCUSE FOR A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. Ridiculously difficult to make payments online. They DO NOT process their own payments so they charge a big fee and waste days and days to take a payment over the phone. This podunk credit union might as well have you Pony Express payments to them with how poor their technology infrastructure is. Refinancing ASAP just due to how awful they are to deal with.
