Showed up at 10 mins prior to closing today. Its is Saturday. The "closed" banner on their drive thru was already up. Don't they close at 12? Pretty disappointed. All i wanted to do was make a deposit. Literally takes 2 mins. I'm going to look for another bank.

Don't use these guys for auto lending if you want to actually have your title. They decide to use the post office and not use priority mail so that it can easily get lost then make you pay for a duplicate that's not the original. Just use your own bank.
-Update still haven't gotten my title or duplicate to get plates transferred over to my home state that expire in a month. Talked with the upper level management that gave the same excuses and still better off working with my own bank next time for auto loans.

The most on organized and untrained staff I’ve ever experienced, got a car loan for a private party purchase, the guy I was buying the car from came all the way up from Colorado Springs and it took half of the day to get the whole thing taken care of. They did not inform me of certain aspects that need to be taken care of which took way too long. A total inconvenience very bad customer service. I will never use this facility or credit union again.

This bank (all partners nationwide) is the worse! The people are friendly, they are not the problem. The problem is the internal system. The way things are done and processed is ridiculous. Just as Tree F reviewed I too finally canceled my account and I am so happy I did. They have many 1star reviews for a reason and its unusual for a bank.

Honda insisted that we finance through partner for "the best rates." We should have gone with our guts, but we trusted them and their opinion and it has been nothing short of a nightmare dealing with partner colorado credit union. Also turns out our bank Credit Union of Colorado had much better rates and is 100x easier to deal with. Partner's website is literally the least user friendly experience and trying to get a hold of anyone for help is like pulling teeth. We sold our Honda after a year and a big reason for it was to get away from this credit union. There are other much better local credit union options in Colorado, if you value your time and want to remain headache free don't use this bank.

This place is by far the WORST institution I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. No matter if you try calling or going in in person you’re going to wait in a ridiculously long line… and chances are they won’t be able to help you. For over two years I have been trying to make car payments online. And for two years they haven’t been able to figure it out. Saying I’m infuriated is an understatement. We’ve been forced to pay a $5 fee for paying over the phone this whole time. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE- use a different credit Union!
