Worst service ever. They don’t tell you the whole information about the bank. I wouldn’t recommend it.

My wallet had gotten stolen so I reported it stolen. I had to report it stolen 5 times because I saw someone use it on my statement. Again they told me ok we will get that shut down each time. Honestly by the time the account hit 300 negative then they cared to call and ask if I was using it and I said no look at your records I reported it stolen. They saw I reported it and it took them 6 months to shut it down then said Im responsible for the 300 that it was negative. Well maybe if they shut the card down the first time I wouldn't be desputing the 300 because First bank just didn't care to shut down the card they just allowed.

I used to bank at Wells Fargo in Edwards, but they dont do near as good of banking as First Bank does. Setting up a new account & my finances was a breeze. Jay McConnell there helped me a great deal & I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE. Thank you Jay & First Bank for your great service & support!

I opened a savings and checking account in the middle of 2022 with high hopes. As of February 2022, I have now closed all my accounts. Despite what always felt like abundant staffing, I never failed to have to wait excessive time for teller services. Once reaching the teller level, the transactions were slow compared to other banks I have worked with. There was also no sense of being valued as a customer by staff. It did not help that my cash reserve savings account was charged $20 as a surprise annual fee. The fee was my fault for not reading the fine print. Look closely at the find print because the list of fees is 2 pages long on my laptop screen. Isn't it bad enough that the paid interest on savings deposit is very close to 0%. I offer 2 stars since the staff behind the desks were generally helpful.
