I've paid off my card with this company and I hope and pray I never have to do business with them again in life. Horrible customer service and a very poor experience with this business. I had a fixed payment each month and they would adjust the payment to what they wanted it to be .

Customer service over the phone is horrible. The individual I spoke with (10/03/22) pretended they could not hear me, had an attitude problem and put me on hold for 30 minutes and pretended to not hear a word I was saying as I was complaining about why the money is not taken out my account. In addition, the reference number I provided this individual regarding the conversation 09/30/22. They will take advantage of you, wether it’s fees or holding you out to dry. Thought this was a convenient idea at first, but their billing department will change your mind. Better hope you have zero technical problems because their support personal are zero help.

May just be my experience, but they will not tell you if a personal bank account gets denied, or really anything. I validated everything and it was correct, but for some reason it was still denied. Could be my side, but regardless, there was no notification or phone call. Got hit with a $28 charge that could not be disputed and was just told sorry multiple times. I made the payment over the phone and was charged a transaction fee but was not told it would be for the next month's charge. So I have to call again and explain what's going on. I spent more time listening to the guy repeat over and over about things I wasn't calling about and waiting time. I'd try to talk and was talked over every time, so I finally just continued my sentences, then repeated them. Was also told during the first call that I can only make one payment every two weeks. Can't wait to be done dealing with this company in June! Came to eventually find out that my final payment would be AFTER the 6 month deal they had by TWO WEEKS. You're not sneaky, and you're not getting that interest charge from me. Nope. It will all be paid in full before that deadline. Two stars because they're at least upholding the 0% interest for the first 6 months...or should I say five and a half.

I didn't know anything about DigniFi at first. I needed new tires for my car and had no idea how I was going to afford them. I applied through DigniFi and was approved immediately. I was able to get my tires and I paid my no interest DigniFi loan within 3 months and avoided any unnecessary fees. This was the best deal ever AND super convenient. I highly recommend this service.

DigniFi was supposed to give me a courtesy call on the day my auto loan payment is due. They told me last month they would call me each day it is due.
If I miss the payment by a day, I have to pay the interest which brings my payment up to $3,600 instead of $2,500. They called me today, 4 days late, to remind me. I asked, so why are you giving me a courtesy call 4 days late, instead of the day it was due like I was told would happen.
She says “oh we did”, goes to the call logs, and says “oh, I’m sorry, you are right. Someone should have called you. But you’re still obligated to pay it on time whether we call you or not.”
Will not be using them ever again.

Worst company ever used them for a down payment paid off early. A year later it shows up on my credit report so now had to pay 174 dollars for their annual fee and late charges for not paying the annual fee. They never sent me anything in the mail nor to my email. BAD BUSINESS

I would never use this company again. Laurie is very rude and inconsiderate. They txt me saying my payment is due 11/08 and i paid it on 11/08 they said it was late and kicked me off the 90 days 0% interest. The supervisor was nice and calm but wouldn’t change her mind. She said the txt that says the due date is a human mistake and that it’s late because it was due on the 11/06 not 11/08. I paid it when they txt me to pay it. Like I said it’s just an easy way to make their interest. Do not get a loan from this company.
