Do not recommend this company poor service and poorly trained and a bunch of liars. I called to furlow a payment and had to pay $18.73 for the service. But both the service and the payment both came out. So I called back and was told they would reimburse both just have to call back tomorrow and I will have my money back the Same day. So I did now they say they will only reimburse me the original payment and it will be at least four days.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Charles is so rude every time I speak to him. Had I known this was the company I had to work with, I never would have purchased my rainbow vacuum.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Horrible service and communication. They could care less what hoops they make you jump through. Do NOT USE THEM you'll regret it dearly.

This company is a complete joke! The woman who loves to continue to call me also admitted she knew I was scammed and wouldn't do anything about it! I have asked since the day the loan started to cancel and both parties refuse to follow THEIR contract that states you have 4 days after signing to change your mind...that's a big fat lie! Don't use them, you will regret it! Scam artists! I never verified anything! I contacted the sales rep and your business and both parties lied! Rainbow said they had no issue taking the product back and you all said no. Then you all back tracked and said you would have allowed it to be canceled ....but of course nothing was done accept an apologythat I was scammed and told.i have to pay it ...fishy! Cancel it
