I cannot say enough good things. Nicole goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are taken care of. The things she’s helped me with have changed my life financially and I could not be more grateful. She also runs an awesome team! Every time I call Sarah is super helpful and has always delivered messages for me and got back to me super quick. Nicole is 1 in a million and deserves a huge raise. AWESOME EXPERIENCE

Don’t bother applying they approve you for a amount to run your credit then say you’re not approved for any loan. i applied with a 687 credit score after they ran my credit. 3 weeks later my score went down to 635 and then they denied me for the loan. Messed up my chances of getting a loan elsewhere. This place is a scam and should go out of business!

Worst customer service, approved for loan decided to go some where else. The staff is rude and never calls back. Branch manger doesn’t care about it says “yeah we have got a lot of complaints about the same thing” this company use to be good

I do not recommend this place at all! 2 separate times applied for a loan, 6 plus months apart. Both times, very difficult to get in touch with the account Rep., as well as sends you an email, making you believe it was worth them running your credit and putting an indent on it, but complete waste of time and invalid information given. In addition, never any luck with friendly customer service, seem to be in a hurry and seem to not care about their customers, solely based on conversation and way the conversation ended. To top it all off, the Rep. did not have the correct information on my credit report, gave me invalid information. Do not apply with them or waste your time.

Was asked for many times including tax return. Provided all items and then they say they figured my income to be less than 1/4 of what my tax return said. Why would I tell the government I made more than I actually did. Complete waste of time.

I should have looked at the reviews. I know better. 😞 I would have given them one star if it weren't for Terri trying to be nice. The process was a little bit of a run around, but nothing outside of the normal BS for getting a loan. They are difficult to get in touch with for someone who works 8-5 since the only contact method was a phone call. I *thought* we had everything in place and ready to go. Terri even set up an appointment with me and my son (the cosigner) who would be driving from an hour away. We showed up at our scheduled time and then sat in a room for 15 minutes waiting. When I came out and asked about when we would be seen, I was told the person we were supposed to have an appointment with was at lunch until 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment. Then someone else in the office called me over to help, so I thought. She then began telling me all of the things I hadn't done, like forms their system says I still needed to submit. I said I would be happy to resubmit, but my online profile did not indicate anything was pending. I had even double-checked before leaving for the appointment. Then she said the registration on the car we were using for collateral was expired. It expired 6/30/2023, and our appointment was on 7/3/2023. My loan advisor never said anything about the registration being a problem. Also, do they not know there is a 30-day grace period to get new registration on a vehicle in Colorado? Anywho.... just don't with them. It's not worth the time, and now I see others who have had a similar run around from them.

The worst customer experience of my life. Teri is so incompetent and belligerent, she should be working at the Los Angeles DMV. They are not there to help you. Even after you jump through every hoop and provide everything but a blood sample, they ignore you, and never call back when they say they will. She wouldn't even give me her last name which is saying a lot considering you give them your entire life's documents. Every week it was the same thing, no call all week and when I called and finally got through: "Oh we are still waiting to verify."
I switched branches because I was getting nowhere with Teri. Just a bunch of "Like I said" and "as I just said" condescension.
Bev at the other branch proved to be more incompetent, or working against me at Teri's notes, and I had to restart my application a THIRD time, and it kicked me back to Teri again.
I provided all the documents asked for, and again I waited.
After chasing her down all week I finally got a response at the very end of the day. "They couldn't verify." is all she said and that I would get a letter.
How is that possible? "As I just said, you'll get a letter in 3-10 days." and she hung up on ME.
I knew she held a grudge and wouldn't help me but I thought I would give her a shot anyway to redeem herself.
They don't want my business after all these years then fine. I applied through my credit union and got rates much lower than these LOAN SHARKS.
There is a special place in H311 for gatekeepers and money changers like Teri and Bev. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I went to OneMain after years of struggling with predatory lending- I had several loans that were literally at a 460% interest rate that I got when I was younger and didn't know better.
I had heard about OneMain and went to them about a year ago, and they unfortunately told me I had to work on a few things and if I was still interested, to come back. At the time my credit score was barely above 500, but I was working on it.
A year later, I came back. Less in debt, but not fully out of it with numerous due dates and about 1k going out every month to appease the wolves. Tammy was amazing when I first spoke to her and remembered me from a year prior. Heck, she even remembered name without much else.
Tammy referred me to her right hand lady, Sarah, who was fantastic. Very kind and a similar background to me, she spoke with amazing knowledge (and a stunning memory) about every single piece of paper and option I had. I must have called them with a dozen questions and each time they took moments out of their busy schedules to speak with me.
They really do bend over backwards to try to make your life easier and get all the documents you need from various parts (car titles, insurance documents, etc.). I didn't even know how to get a few and they walked me through it. I went with a secured loan with my car and paid all my debt off in one day. ONE DAY!! Same day funding, and all of the 13k I had been barely managing, PAID. Now I have one due date, with significantly less outgoing every month. What I'm saving, I literally can turn right around and put it back into the loan and get it paid off even faster.
I highly recommend OneMain because I went to several, and I do mean several, lenders that weren't willing to work with me. My moving debt followed me from another state, collections were calling, my credit score (575) was lower than my hopes for this to actually be approved. And to tell you I went outside and cried is completely true. I'm finally able to not only pay all of my bills but have room to pay off the loan faster- not to mention, sky-rocket my credit score after I contact Experian. I don't have to look at my bill list and decide whether rent or groceries are more important.
If you're able to manage your money and want to lower your monthly bills to the point you can actually sleep at night- go see Sarah or Tammy. Check over your options, read your documentation, and definitely take advantage of their insurances in case you need it. Life happens!
I have never been more pleased and I can't wait to see what the future brings now that I'm not drowning. Thank you One Main!!!
