I worked with David on my new home mortgage. I am a first time home buyer. He really took the time to walk me through the steps and did a great job of explaining everything to all my questions. He was always available by phone. The communication with him was spot on. I would defiantly recommend to anyone who is in need of a mortgage.

Really disappointing (lack of) service. Non-existent communication skills, took advantage of and wasted my time. Very unprofessional. There are zillions of outfits like this around town. Guess that’s what I get for falling for a TikTok ad. For context: I set up a phone appointment. They severely overdid the confirmation communication that I would show up only for them not to show! No efforts were made to let me know there would be any reason for a delay or reschedule which would have been more appropriate than the crickets I got. Save your time! It’s more valuable than any benefit Danielle Giardini/A Plus Mortgage could ever give you.

We had an amazing experience working with David and buying our first home. He was prompt, thorough, responsive and went above and beyond for us during the entire process. We couldn’t be happier with his service and knowledge, and will recommend him to anyone we know!

David has been wonderful to work with! Working with him, he made sure I understood everything up until the final paper was signed on closing day. He is quick to respond and very helpful. He makes your questions a priority and makes sure he gives you an answer that is easy to understand. Working with David was a wonderful experience for my husband and I. My wife and I bought our FIRST home this summer. It has been a very journey, to say the least, to get to this point. It is something my wife and I have desired for a long time. 3 years ago when we first started this journey we started working with Dave. The experience was not like anything I had imagined. Dave was incredibly honest and inciteful. From the beginning he helped us figure out what we wanted, where we needed to be to get what we wanted and what we needed to do to get there. He was incredibly patient and understanding as he worked with us over the course of 3 years. He provided great incite into an industry I knew nothing about and he took every opportunity to ensure that we were comfortable along the entire process.
