Ace Loans Pawn Shop, Colorado Springs, CO

I went in to purchase a ps2. They had quite a few but couldn’t find the cords. I waited a few days to see if they could find them and they couldn’t so they gave me a good deal on it and gave me longer to bring it back and exchange it than usual if it doesn’t work cause I had to order cords. Once I got the cords I found out the controller didn’t work so I went back and they gave me another one and when I finally was able to get back to play games I found out the disk reader didn’t work. So I went back again and they tested 3 different systems for me until we finally found one that works. What it comes down to is this pawnshop’s staff had the best costumer service ever. They went out of their way to make sure I got a system that worked. Honestly it’s the best experience I’ve ever had in a pawnshop. Not to mention they’re friendly as all heck and they have a HUGE variety & selection. I wish they weren’t closing this location but they still have two locations in Colorado Springs and I will be doing business with them again and I highly recommend them! A+++ :)

Probably the best pawn shop in the springs. I just bought a vacuum after looking for one for a few days and their customer service was phenomenal. They spoke to me and asked if I needed help immediately but weren't in anyway pushy. They also worked with me on the price and did a full test in front of me. Between the prices and the customer service I'll definitely be back.

Not impressed, the place is a bit of a mess. I got a good deal on a ring however I tried to buy a second ring, which I had some some questions about. The "manager" would not get off the phone to answer my questions (20 mins). Oh well , they lost out ($700) . I don't mind going back, hopefully they will be in a mood to do business.

Penny and Steve are the best! When you go in they treat you like family. Not only are they personable, but the have them best prices and deals! I would never go back to ezpawn! Thanks guys ! Have a great year

SOMETIMES IT GETS SO BUSY THAT IT FEELS IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE IGNORED. BUT THEY ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR PRESENCE AND GET TO YOU AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. EVEN WHEN SOMEONE IS HAVING A BAD DAY THE OWNER TALKS TO THEM AND JOKES WITH THEM PUTTING A SMILE ON THEIR FACES. PRICES SEEM HIGH ON SOME ITEMS BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO GO AS LOW AS POSSIBLE TO FIT YOUR BUDGET. MOST OF MY BELONGINGS ARE FROM THE PAWNSHOP. tHANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF FOR THEIR HELP AND HELPING MY HOME BE A HOME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CHECK THEM OUT YOU MAY FIND SOMETHING YOU WANT OR POSSIBLY NEED.

They have a sign up saying they're going out of business and everything must go. Recently I had a bicycle stolen so I thought I might be able to find one at a good price here. I was wrong. They have a Schwinn bicycle there that needs work, when I offered what I thought was fair I was told that it "sells for $400 on ebay". It doesn't. Like I don't have a phone I can google right then and there? It sells for roughly half that price NEW. Maybe other people have better experiences. I'm not a fan of being blatantly lied to.
