I have an auto loan through Air Academy at a great rate. When it came time to make my payment through my bank, I called Air Academy. Much to my pleasure, I reached Eli at this branch. He took the time to provide me with the most excellent help I've ever had from a financial institution. I have been a very successful business man and worked with lots of banks, etc. Eli was knowledgeable, straight forward and helped me navigate the process. Thank you Eli! I wish you great things in your future.

Wanted to write a review about my experience on a mortgage. Laura Arneson was my mortgage loan rep who walked me through the process. She was great to work with, fast,on time. I could contact her after hours and she always responded all the time. Great person and easy to work with. She’s very good!!! Air Academy should be very please to have her. Would and do recommend!!! I’ve been banking with them since I was 25 (16 years ago), and got my first “big boy” car loan from them. The customer service and ease of banking was so helping in embarking on my adult life. A great establishment you can count on.

Their call tree is unclear and convoluted, and you are unable to speak to a representative until you pick an option that is probably incorrect because all options are not given. After you wait 15 minutes to finally speak to someone, they tell you that you have the wrong department but they have a new phone number for you to call. They apparently don't transfer you to the write department. The woman was super pleasant but seriously. The system is jacked up. I got my auto loan through them and in order to pay it I have to transfer them money to a checking account they opened in my name. Then go in and transfer that money to the loan to make said payment. It's all redundant and backwards. I have banked with Navy Fed and USAA for over 20 years now and thanks but I would never pick Air Academy. I'm looking to see how fast I can move my loan because this company is awful to work with.

I have been banking with AAFCU for years and am always impressed by the level of service I receive. Everyone I have interacted with has been pleasant and has gone above and beyond to be helpful. During my most recent visit, I worked with Paige Beffort on a financial plan where she ensured I had an efficient budget to put me on track. I also worked with Anna to get approved for a debt consolidation loan which freed up some room in my budget. She not only made the process easy, but enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend banking with this branch.

My husband and I have been members at Air Academy Credit Union for years and have always enjoyed the positive experiences with all the employees. However, Jill Rand has always stood out to us as a kind, patient, clear communicator who has answered many questions and solved a multitude of issues for us over the years. I personally appreciate how she focuses on you as a customer and does not rush through the transaction even with other customers waiting. We plan on remaining members for years to come and the reason is definitely due to employees like Jill.

I had a great customer service experience with Sandra via telephone concerning a personal issue between me and a teller at the Garden Ranch Branch. Sandra did everything very well; she listened, she was sincere in her empathy, and she passed along my issue to the proper office. She also expressed the viewpoint and values of the Credit Union to further assure me that they will do what is necessary to make sure I don't experience this issue again.
