I have acute colitis, I went into the hospital for two weeks. I emailed OMF to let them know I’d be late making a payment. As soon as I got out of the hospital I called and left a message. When I finally talked to someone (I’m guessing Monica from the other reviews) she was beyond rude. She told me over the phone that “we have been trying to contact you everyday and you haven’t reached out to us once” which was a complete lie, I have the email I sent the day before my payment was due, the day I went into the hospital. She continually talked over me and indirectly called me a liar, saying I didn’t reach out and I did. She is an awful awful person. I feel bad for her coworkers and other OMF customers. She needs to not be dealing with customers. Everyone is going through a lot, this is a business and she was way over stepping her boundaries and getting personal.

I had a previous loan only a few months old, and an offer was sent to me to get a little extra money for the holidays or whatever, and the process I had to go through yet again, to get the small amount of money I received. None of my information changed, I had to resend pay stubs, verify my address. Ridiculous! Had to stop my supervisor from leaving early for the holiday weekend just to verify I work where I do. I haven't missed a payment on my previous loan nor been late. Like I said Ridiculous.

Do not work with these people. They are ALL
unprofessional. I was told I was approved and ready to close when I actually wasn't. I drove across town just to be lied to. Jennifer who worked my loan seemed to have had multiple energy drinks as she was all over the place on the phone and in person. When I tried to give feedback to the manager, Monica, she was no help and decided to pull back the loan because she said I was rude. I have never had a company do this. I am shocked at the poor communication and customer service I received. I should have never pursued a loan with these people. They wasted my time and lied. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY.

If I could I would give 0 stars. I have had my loan for 6 years and it was great I never regretted my decision Until the beginning of 2023 when branches closed and the staff completely changed. Now most of them don't even work with you no matter the circumstances. I would not recommend them with the new staff or the new way they are running their business. Everyone is working from home and every time you finally get a hold of someone on the phone you hear a kid, a dog, fans or beping in the background that makes it hard to hear them and understand what they are saying. Customer service has completely went down!!

Have had my 1st loan with One Main for some time. I recently had to postpone my payment due to lack of income. Jasmine explained all of my options available to me, and answered all my questions and concerns with ease!! Thanks again, Jasmine. Very professional!! Keep up the great work!!!
