Despite what you might think, "Speedy" is ironically not an apt description for the speed of action with regards to the online process. I wouldn't even go so far as to say "modestly timed". As an example, let's say you apply early on a Friday morning, around 05:00, and are approved by 07:00. You won't be informed until after agreeing and signing that the soonest you may expect a direct deposit is 48 hours later. That's right, Sunday, the only day of the week without an open bank. So, Monday. 72 hours minimum after approval. Now you'll be stuck with a loan with an insane interest rate and it will be too late for it to matter, because you chose Speedy Cash thinking you'll be funded speedily. If you call customer service, they'll tell you that they can't tell you why you weren't approved for speedy results, offering exactly zero resolutions. To conclude the call, you'll be asked to take a survey that asks nothing about your issue. How do you think you'll feel about that?

Had to call customer service today after being a repeat customer Marisol who I guess is the manager acted like she was working at the flea market not a manager who was supposed to be courteous and professional. She needs to get some training how to treat people with respect. How to act like a manager and learn about Diversity. Told them I will never come back again.

I do the online loans. I've never even had to go to the store. Theyve saved me so many times! Even prevented a repo once. I love Speedy Cash.

I borrowed $300 & was given a rate of $91 for 3 months & $76 for the last month. I called at the beginning of the last month & was told the payment was $76. I asked if the payment would change, the person said no so I decided to allow the payment to be withdrawn on the due date since there would be no change.
Now, I receive an email saying the payment is the full rate of $91 on the next due date. I speak to the manager & ask if I pay 5 days ahead if the interest can be deducted from the payment. He says "No, it can't because it is computerized." Why could it be taken off at the beginning of the month but not now? Shady operation.
