Love this credit union! Staff is always friendly, great loan officer, and Bri on the counter is always ready to help. Frisco location does it right. We have been banking here for years. Thanks for being a great part of our community.

I deposited $500 for a secured credit line. I also sent up direct deposit to pay make payments towards my credit line. My account was frozen when I asked for information of why, I was told I used the initial $500. Now I'm being told I need to pay $350 before my account can be unfrozen. I DEPOSITED $500 to open account. I've never used these funds. I only used my CC for a few small purchases then used direct deposit funds to pay CC balance. I was told by Neda that the initial funds should have been locked and not available to use. So I asked if they were locked how could I use them? I was told I used an ATM, I never have. I only use my CC that was sent to me. Now Neda is refusing my calls.
Update: I was told that they "accidentally" forgot to put a hold on initial $500 deposit. So I've been "borrowing" my own money. Say that I have to pay $350 so they can hold it this time and give me my credit line. After looking at my updated account I noticed that they deducted $350 from my checking AND my savings. After asking what the other $350 was taken out for I was transferred to a loan officer. They didn't have an answer.
So far worst experience I've had with any bank I've ever used.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this financial institution. Their website is awful, super difficult to navigate, can't make online loan payments, or do really anything with your account for that matter.
I'm set up for auto pay on a car loan with them, but this month my payment didn't go through. Instead of calling or emailing me to notify me, I had to reach out to them to find out what was going on. I was told I could make my loan payments over the phone from here on out, with an added $15 processing fee per payment. They make it very difficult to streamline something as simple as car loan payments.
Between the poor customer service, impossible to navigate website, and outrageous processing fees, I'm not impressed with Credit Union of the Rockies. It's a shame because normally I love credit unions and find them to have better service than traditional banks, but that's not the case at this institution.
I wouldn't recommend CU of the Rockies to anyone.

The friendly and knowledgeable staff here have made banking with credit union of the rockies an absolute pleasure. First time I have ever left a review for a bank. I actually look forward to going in there.

Brianna at the Frisco location is wonderful! Very polite and accommodating to my banking needs. I've been banking with CU of the rockies for 13 years and have been very satisfied with this credit union and highly recommend it. I would give Brianna 10 stars if I could!!!

The Assistant Branch Manager in Frisco, Brianna Fay, was extremely helpful. I had a short notice transaction that she made sure the branch could support. Another very happy customer.
