We moved here a year ago from Minnesota after living there 30+ years. We did all our banking with a Credit Union. FNBLJ did not know us but knew our family. They went to bat for us and helped us secure a home loan and move in in record time. My wife and I recommend them.

Very poor customer service! I took a deposit through the drive through for a friend and was told when I have a large amount of change, it needed to be brought inside because it backs everyone up, and the change was rolled! If you cant offer the same services for a drive through as a lobby customer, then why do you have a drive through?! Not only that, the lady was snappy and rude, hence why I personally do not bank here, nor will I ever!

I started with them in 1989 and have had only a couple of things in all these years. Once I informed them they fixed it. Got a call one night asking if I purchased something I didn't, they wanted to check because it was out of my ordinary purchases. My debit card number had been hacked off Amazon, they immediately stopped it and issued me a new card. They look out for me and now my daughters are grown and use the same bank, as well as a few friends of mine. I have also had several loans over the years with no problems.
It's a nice bank with friendly people, any problems get fixed right away. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been with this bank for over 20 years . The staff has always been outgoing and helpful. I have never had any issues with the bank or employees service. The bank has provided me with many investment home loans and there service has always been perfect in every way. I personally think this bank is the best in the area.

Just finished paying off a car loan at this bank . Never late on payments. Went to try and get a new loan, and was told that they could not help me. Thanks for looking out for the little guy, who is an essential worker. Hometown bank, HA...

I've had so many problems with this bank. My direct deposits are never there when they are supposed to be and I know they were sent on time by my employer. There's always "glitches" that slow things down.
They hold onto charges until they cause an overdraft in my account and then gaslight me when I try to get my money back. They always seem to blame whoever is on the other end (it's never FNB's fault).
They have the WORST customer service. I dread calling in with a problem because I'm always talked down to. The previous complaint is correct, Candy needs to retire. She is the rudest employee there.
And they never apologize. They just tell you to go to another bank. They clearly don't care about their customers.

The staff at this bank is incredibly helpful. We like the fact that it is a bank that is a part of the community. La Junta First National Bank is a sponsor to so much in our community , they are always giving back.
