Great experience. Daniel got me a lower rate and $20k in seller consessions. Daniel worked through several obstacles that occurred during VA inspection process. Additionally, he personally contacted me on the phone and email and provided prompt answers. Impressive service.

Daniel at Montezuma mortgage was fantastic to work with. The whole process was easy and was incredibly smooth. Most documents I could sign online. Which was very helpful for me as I live in Durango and I'm not and Mancos. And then when it came time to do all the closing paperwork, a notary came to my office between my clients, and I was able to sign everything at that time. I didn't have to go to Mancos if I didn't want to. More than not wanting to, I didn't have the time to. So it was a lifesaver to have everything completed here in Durango. Thank you Daniel so much!
