Really rude employees. Almost every time I go by the drive thru they say something unnecessarily rude, very nasty tone. I’m a very patient person but this bank definitely is not a good one to work with the tellers are not kind people. I have had an account here since 2016 and always do things online because I hate going in. The NSF fees are ridiculously high and getting those reversed is extremely difficult. I have come in and deposited money but it was not fully deposited and they said I “miss counted”. They supposedly rewatched camera footage but never showed it to me. I’m closing this account ASAP and suggest you do as well.

I had a great experience opening my business account here. Everyone is always very friendly and you get prompt service. If you have any questions or concerns they are answered right away. They really go the extra mile to make you feel like you are important, not just another nobody off the street. Thank you to Samantha for making the account opening process a breeze. I will definitely recommend this bank to friends and family.

Love the bank, love the staff, love your community supprort. However, closing the branc has created long lines and wait times inside and drive through. I and many ither think only one branch in a town this size was a major mistake and has affected service,

This is probably one of the worst banks I’ve had the displeasure of working with. In the last 8 months, this bank has taken $1,147 from my account in “NSF Paid Item” fees for automatic payments. It’s a fee that cannot be avoided; you cannot turn overdraft off to avoid it and they will charge you if it’s even a single cent they over draft you on. And they will still charge you if you have incoming pending funds. It has put me into serious financial stress at this point. It has been nearly impossible to catch up on bills from everything they’ve taken and when I called to talk to someone about this, they told me that their only solution was to have me pay back the money, that they had taken from me, in installments over the next year. What a worthless excuse for a bank. You’re better off with a mobile banking service.

Wow! Stop looking for other banks to accommodate you and let Alpine demonstrate unrivaled expertise! I made appointments with other banks in town to open our business account and they did not help or follow up, which in essence, manifested the fact that they just don't care or value people or business.
Shannon Wilkes was absolutely amazing! She delivered exceptional and unparalleled customer service and was prompt in communication exchanges! She made our business experience non-turbulent and pleasant. She deserves all the accolades possible. Alpine, thank you. Shannon, you are the best!!!
