They refuse to do business with me because they said that I did a pawn with them and didn't pay to get it back. Funny part is the item they are saying I didn't pay back was my car! I think I would know if I lost my car to them! Besides the fact all my life I was under the impression that pawn shops were so people can do a loan against something and if they don't pay it off it becomes property of the pawn shop and they make a profit off it. But now you get denied service for doing what a pawn shop is there for? A little &_+@#$ up if you ask me.

Great customer service and a nice selection of guns, knives, and ammo. Staff was very friendly and the store is well-organized and clean.

These guys are awesome! I have been in multiple times and received nothing but fantastic customer service. I went in today and traded in some ammo for rounds I could actually fire… I got such a good deal! I highly recommend this place and their other location on Townsend!!

Friendly staff that helps and cares. Stock rotates, but they carry guitar equipment, video games & consoles, tvs, and lots of jewelry. Firearms are a big part of the business, but they can help with other things. Clean and open shop. Cool survival and tactical gear there too. VertX pants rock.
