I run a home inspection business. This bank deposited a fake check and tried to put the blame on me. Told me to be more “diligent”. How about you call the originators bank first to confirm funds. Sounds like malpractice. Stole 2,000 from me and this bank has no fraud department to investigate. I no longer trust my money with Wells Fargo currently keeping 20% with the bank and 80% at home in fireproof physical assets. DO NOT BANK HERE.

I should of looked at the reviews before banking g at wells Fargo...yes they use your $$...I've deposited two checks in the last 4 weeks both times the money was in my account three days later they pulled it out because they said that the check had insufficient funds I run a painting business when I have to call my customers back to tell them they have a certain sufficient funds to not good and when they call me back to tell me that my check has been cleared out of their accounts it's really not good so yes very horrible banking.... as soon as I receive my money I will be closing my account

Best bank ever! Suprised at low star reviews. Most are quick to review bad experiences but NEVER review when they have an awesome one! They have always treated me with utmost respect and have helped me set up quick access on my phone with their awesome app. I can do everything on there, which makes less trips to the bank. Thanks Wells Fargo Pagosa for making life easier!

The teller name Cheyenne was extremely rude to me. When I was simply making a deposit for a business that I have managed and banked here for over 15 years. When I asked for a balance inquiry she freaked out and said that I am not listed on the account. Which I am. She wouldn’t even listen to me. And had a frown on her face and really rude tone. Customer service is key, in a small town. And Cheyenne, you need a new job.

I called to make an appointment to discuss my options for investing money, CD, Savings Account etc. An appointment was set up for me. A lady named "BO" called me back, said there was no reason to come in as they were not really concentrated on that end of the business right now, more on "lending". She then said she was NOT going to cancel my appointment in the system because she had some person business to take care of and didn't want to alert her management team that she was taking that as personal time. HELLO???? Talk about poor ethics!
