The customer service provided by the ladies who work here was EXCELLENT. They demonstrated professionalism and were very polite and calm as busy as it was the day I walked in. The phones rang off the hook, but they made sure to take care of me as the primary customer and made me feel that I was a priority. Abby assisted me the day I walked in. I quickly noticed how professional Abby was and her ability to articulate and help me understand the loan stipulations. It is refreshing to see young people in the workforce with such dedication to their job, professionalism with excellent communication skills. Keep up the great work you all do there. It does not go unnoticed! I will go back should I ever need a loan. I would definitely refer someone I know to go to Advance America should they need help with a loan.

I had excellent customer service from the staff at Advance America, the professionalism from Abby Gonzales in the Pueblo location was above and beyond my expectations. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, they helped when I was in a pinch. They explained the whole process to me and I even got to pick the amount of my payments I would be making! Paid off my loan in no time and will definitely be back to apply for another

When I went to Advance America I was greeted right at the door with a welcoming Hello and the employee Abby helped me get me my loan! Never once did I feel like I was being a burden because I did struggle a bit understanding what to sign because this was the first ever loan I had got but Abby was very patient with me and throughly explain everything to me and was very respectful! It was very clean and calm in there and even though the phones did ring quite a bit Abby continued to handle the busy rush in a calm manner and made sure I had a good first experience at Advance America! If I ever need to go get a small loan again later I will for sure be coming back to this Advance America location and I am asking for Abby! If you do go here I highly recommend this location and Abby or even the other great workers!
