If 0 stars was an option then my review would most definitely be a 0. This branch is horrible. First off they Hold your checks for 7 buisness days while saying 5 so i had to wait over a week for a 50 dollar check multiple times. Then they wouldn't even cover a 3 dollar charge when I have overdraft coverage and protection but let google play store overdraw my account 3 dollars twice in a week and kept charging me fees for the two 3 dollar charges and gave me no notice so i log in and now they say I owe 300 so its safe to say my credit is gonna be ruined but they are not getting a dime from me and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dispute system is a joke.
Check deposit at atm on 8/27, was only given 9$ of my almost 300$. Filed a dispute, now, 9/9, still not reconciled, still missing my almost 300$. Was told 2-10 days. Now I'm being told [[full 10 Business days]]. Credit to my account can take 3-10 business days to be approved unless my dispute clears first.
Customer of 6 years, no issues this whole time, until now. Handled ridiculously. Still waiting for my money.

I tried to close a safety deposit box and the tellers took my key and told me I was all set. I no longer have a safety deposit box here. They called me to tell me that I needed to come back and sign paperwork that the teller forgot to give me. I asked if it could be emailed to be due to their error but they declined. I did not have time to go back and I was just sent a bill for $35 for a safety deposit box that I no longer have and that an employee failed to do their responsibility while closing. I left this bank 2 years ago due to bad customer service and even after I am no longer a customer here they still find ways to give me bad customer service.

Lieing bank doesn’t like it when u take your money out. When waiting for my money from vault they tried claiming my social was not in file to stop me. When I confronted them about the lie they changed their motives. Be careful with the danielson branch very shady.

This is definetly one of the worst banks the putnam branch was super friendly and never had an issues I had a dispute a while back and the lady on the phone was giving me a lecture basically making sound like I wouldn't get my money back like the money would be coming out of their pockets but if it had happend to them it be a whole different story and on top of that I'm always being charged alot of maintenence fees and I'm always owing the bank it's ridiculous
