Lou was great to work with! He was not in the office when I initially reached out to him but he was able to get his support staff into action right away and get a pre-approval letter generated for my buyer. Throughout the transaction he was always ahead of deadline and was very proactive with weekly updates which was greatly appreciated.

As, I write this review today I am smiling ear to ear in my new home. I’m feeling so grateful that I was able to buy my dream house because of Lou. Let me just say... There is no other better loan officer than Lou Centrella. This man when ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure we moved in. As cliche as this may sound, if Lou didn't help us, we wouldn't have THIS house. As a business owner myself, I understand the need to attend to your clients at all times. Lou, was ALWAYS there. It’s not very often you come across people like him. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to buy a house to use him.
