Everytime I go to this location ATM is always broken. I went inside im the only person in line 1 teller helping someone and the other guy said he would be with me shortly. Meanwhile others are walking around conversating. Was there for about 10 minutes and was never helped. This is why I stopped going to this location. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Every week I keep trying to come to this location to the ATM cause it's near my house and its always broken. I have to drive an additional 15 minutes. Very inconvenient

I wish I could rate it less then a star this is the only branch that I have met a manager like Jennifer Rhymes that has always treated me and my family terribly we have been members for years and loyal customers and to have her give me attitude and belittle me, is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed that I waited for an hour in the lobby to be told by her that I should have just waited in the teller line.
Rudy she told me that it was very easy to tell the difference between the Christmas club and a regular savings account. But when she looked up my account, she did half to agree there was no description written to destinguish the 2 savings accounts.
The manager going to process my translation and made me wait another 10 minutes in the lobby while she talked with her staff to have me then go to the teller line and have to explain the whole ordeal that I had discussed with her already and I had thought that she was taking care of it but all I got was apologies from the teller and not even a smile from Jennifer rhymes. Me and my family will never go back to this branch. We will start going out of our way to go to Sebring where we always get treated nicely. IF YOU DONT MINT GETTING TREATED BADLEY THEN THIS IS A PLACE FOR YOU.

Theres always an issue here. Under staffed take too long, don’t know what their doing, and my cash is not always available to them to give me when I need it. It’s always a mission here.

Hi if you plan to go to this bank and open an account make sure they explain all the details there before you deposit your money there that you don't, cause my girlfriend and i got an account here and they did not tell us that it was going to take 10 business days for her check to clear so mind you now we thought the account was open dew to the new car we had purchase so when we had set up our payments for our new car purchase to come out of this bank in trust of them . well when it came out for our pay ment to be paid there was no funds in our savings so still did not clear after 7 days they said we had to wait 10 days now we had to borrow cash from other people just to make or first payment how so embarest we were that this was happening to us for our new investment. And it was on a local check from her job. like it was a bad check they had just received from a local business if we knew it was going to be this way we would not have set up the account here.
