The blonde women working this store is amazing! She is great at her job! I've seen her multitask with about a dozen customers, alone! She is a sweetheart and always puts customers 1st. And does it with a positive attitude always. I'd promote her if she was working for me.

Definitely not the best Amscot in town (not even close!) I'd gladly drive an extra 5 minutes to go to any other store in the area. Long wait even when there's hardly any customers, the guy I dealt with doesn't give explanations for anything he does (or "can't" do) just says "sorry" and smiles and waits for you to just walk away. Can't even make eye contact just stares at the counter. Need better customer service!

Employees are ignorant can't tell if money is real or fake and what amscot doesn't have fives or tens you all are a waiste. Customers save yourself the head ache go to a different one where the people are competent and know what American money looks lile and how to tell if its real. Yes the pen showed her it was she still wasn't sure.

Older gal was extremely rude and disrespectful. Because of her I will no longer use amscot.

Staff are not very friendly, location is alright. Some sort of issue with my bank because they cashed my check improperly--not the best location, at all.

I went to Amscot for the first time today and I’ll never go back. From a company standpoint, they couldn’t take my check and could not provide me with a reason why. I work hard just like anyone else for their check. They took a good hard look at mine told me they couldn’t cash it then told me they couldn’t tell me why? How does that make any sense? How do I avoid the issue next time? This problem goes all the way to corporate.
As any concerned customer would, I asked questions I asked “why” trying to understand what I was dealing with. But for whatever reason Sean the supposed manager at this location just wouldn’t give me the time of day. She just dismissed me and told me I needed to talk to someone else which I did not appreciate. Customer service skills need work at this location. I am upset that they couldn’t answer the questions I needed to know but I guess that’s a company flaw. sean could’ve helped me feel a little more heard, even if she couldn’t do anything for me. Not dismissing me, telling me to call here and there, and asking for the next customer. I just saw it as rude with a lack of people skills. Instead of compromising and fixing the issue for next time, I just decided that it would be my first and last time walking into an amscot. I’ll just wait for the bank to open up on Mondays and save the headache and pray that others don’t have the same experience I did.
