Went to this location just to get information on taking a loan, after the guys snarky answers and poor attitude I’ll go elsewhere not that desperate! You really need better staff here not sure how are you stay open with your employees acting the way they do towards customers.

I went in to send money through Western Union. I already an application online and all I had to do was pay it in store. When I got there. I don’t know the associate name but he was very rude. Argued with and told me that I didn’t do it and do it again, put my ID down with an attitude and went to help another customer. When he came back to me. He asked did you do it again I said no I didn’t do it again because I already did one and I pulled out my phone to show him and told me from his end he’s not seeing it. I got frustrated and asked if I could get someone else to help me and he basically told me go to a different location and handed me back my ID. I took it and left. When I got to the other location. They were able to find my application perfectly fine.

My printer at home was on the Fritz so I didn't have everything they needed to start my loan. They worked with me to screen shot and email it to the store. Extremely helpful and patient. Really appreciate their assistance.

Told me they couldn't exchange me a $50 bill for 50 $1's because they didn't have any. I thought this was suppose to be a money superstore? Then they were rude about it. I guess the single star I have to give them will be for the good lighting the place has.
Apparently they don't do money exchanges. Must be just that location. The other ones I've been to do

I visit this Amscot to obtain a money order once a month and I am normally very satisfied most of the people that work here are kind and listen.... today I had the worst experience ever.... William was the representatives name... I was appalled at the way I was treated he did not listen to my requests and then handed me $1 back but not the entire change and I told him that was not the right change he then proceeded to show me a calculator and I told him it doesn't come to $1 for the change it is more than that then he stated that he said that wasn't my entire change he was not a good customer service representative... I have never felt so unappreciated or belittled or mistreated at this establishment ever until today
I highly recommend if you come to this establishment do not let William wait on you he is rude and treats customers as if they don't know what they're doing but he's so smart...
I don't think I will return to this location
