The service is great but it looks like they're doing renovation or something inside it just didn't look clean and bright. A sad aire there.

The staff at this location is very disrespectful and very rude. I was not aware that money ordered required identification and sign documentation. After calling corporate they explain that if a money order is over a certain amount identification is needed. what was so hard about telling me this at the window and then I question why don’t you explain this to customers when they come in, I received eye roll and head nodding gestures as if I was being annoying. They need to work on the customer service skills oh shut the place down

Checked their website about money orders didn’t see anything requiring cash only. Told me to just use their atm which promptly declined my card despite having more than enough money. Free money orders seems too good to be true

The worst experience ever. I went to ask how the cash advance works and instead of the reasons. Paola answering my question she gives me a book and forms to fill out. She stated that I needed a reference and that it could only be a parent or coworker. I mentioned to her that my parents are deceased and I didn't have a coworkers number with me, I could provide one for a sibling and Paola said it had to be a parent or coworker otherwise she couldn't help me. That was the worst customer service ever. I work in customer service for many years, so I know how I should have been treated. I will never go to that amscot ever again.

Mike and Christine are great. I dont recommend doing business with Felicia...she is very non customer friendly and makes you feel uncomfortable. Do business with Mike and Christine...they will make your day.
