If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. Half of the non-teller staff is consistently not working or helping customers. When they do, they are slow and lack information that is helpful. I've been waiting for an hour in the lobby, there are six other people waiting with three of them being here before I showed up. If this bank is going to be a complete dumpster fire, just shut it down. I came in thinking I would give the new Truist a shot, but seeing the service, I have decided while waiting here to close my accounts.

The ATM outside doesn’t work properly and it hasn’t worked properly for a while. I’d rather drive a little further and go to the Beautiful branch on Cortez Boulevard. And I would suggest more clients go there until this place get their act together. Amen

ZERO NOT AN OPTION: Charged me 8 bucks to cash a check I received from one of their customers. That's one way to guarantee 100% I will never bank at Suntrust. If I write someone a check not only do I expect them to be paid the full amount as written, I would also find it embarrassing to learn they had been charged to cash my check. Poor biz model that projects desperation on the part of "sunbust"... Save yourself the embarrassment and don't bank there.

I hate even given this branch 1 star but it wouldn't let me proceed until I did, we stopped by this Branch today to make a simple deposit waited almost an hour in the Drive-Thru and then still they messed up my deposit, and put the money in the wrong account! Thank God we caught it before items were returned. Looks like some corporate retraining is needed, I love all other SunTrust but this one is 3 for 3 strikes . Please look carefully at your deposit slip before leaving BEWARE!!!! My $160.00 cash is still a miss ! Through cash went right on ! Don't even show up pending?
