Decent service. Kind of expensive to cash checks but free money orders and it's a little cheaper to load money on my card than other places. But it claims to be the "money super store" but wouldn't let me buy a roll of quarters to do my laundry.

Just had a terrible experience at this location on South Missouri with a customer service rep named Jenae. My husband and I went to her to notarize some documents, documents that she previously notarized a few weeks ago, but not without some hiccups. Well today, just about 10mins ago, this same incompetent person tried to imply that my husband and I were fraudsters, that my signature was suspicious and that our documents were false, and proceeded to call corporate not once but twice! For the same type of documents that she notarized for us before! We have the previous documents that she notarized for us, my signature looks the same as it always did and we don't appreciate being treated like potential criminals or suspects. That was totally uncalled for. So if you come to this location and a lady by the name of JENAE is called upon to notarize your documents, take your papers and go to another location or ask for someone else to notarize. And YES I wish very much to speak with corporate please and thank you.

Out of the many times I've been here to pay my bills. Today amacot refuses to refund me money with my receipt present. I paid a metro PCS bill here. They tell me it's posted in the system. A day later corporate metro says it is not posted. All I wanted was a refund and to cancel the bill so I can take it to metro PC's and pay my bill. Never again will I pay my bills here. The customer service supervisor hung up on me because I was upset. Unbelievable. How can you not refund someone cash money the spent. It's not like my bill has been paid yet. Otherwise I wouldn't need the refund. Very poor customer service in this situation.

They've had some ups and downs witb staff but they seemed to have cleaned house recently
My one complaint would be that they seem to be understaffed which leads to closers when folks need to take lunch and such.
