Highway robbery! Do not bank here. I took out a HELOC loan and the interest rate increased multiple times within notification and there has been a plethora of ongoing hidden fees. Even as I pay it off - instead of just lowering my principle they continue to skim or interest fees that weren’t due until 2030! I have an incredible credit score and yet have paid over 3000$ in hidden fees and an interest rate that is insane.

You simply won't believe this....New TRUIST BANK who cannibalized the old SUNTRUST bank in Cocoa Beach. My experience. I used their ATM. Was charged a whopping fee like MOST ATM transactions. Received only large notes, again like MOST ATM transactions. Took my receipt inside to ask please - for some dollar bills (to give tips or whatever). I presented my receipt from THEIR ATM. They asked if I was a customer. I said yes I was just charged a massive amount of $$ at your ATM so that makes me a "customer". Oh no she says, YOU'RE NOT A CUSTOMER and DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT. TRUIST had no problem charging me a whopping fee at the TRUIST ATM and cannot extend the kindness of offering change to a customer? You refuse? You can pay another $8 fee teller said and we'll change your $20 note. So, if I'm NOT a customer, I MUST BE what exactly....... "TRESPASSING"? * THEY NEED TO POST A SIGN OUTSIDE THE BANK "NO TRESPASSING" TO ALL !

This is a bank basically IN a neighborhood and they tow people late at night on holidays for parking there to watch fireworks. TELL ME WHO IS IT BOTHERING TO HAVE YOUR EMPTY PARKING LOT FULL WHEN YOU ARE CLOSED ON A HOLIDAY??!!! This is NOT neighborly so get out of our neighborhood.

I take my elderly friend Pearl to this bank quite often and today she was very pleased with the teller who helped her

The other locations are awesome, this one is slow and Holly was rude. I’ll go to other locations. I’ve been with Suntrust for 2 years. Also, made me wait to verify the check, like I was a thief. Ugghhhhh

Highly disappointed in the unprofessional tone I was spoken to on the phone after following up on a no show callback appointment. I made the appointment 5 days in advanced and when the time of the appointment came, I waited for 15 minutes before deciding to call them with no answer. I then got a callback one hour later that completely disregarded my time and schedule, and was told to take my business elsewhere.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When it was SunTrust the people that worked here were really friendly and really willing to help you out. Now it's run by Kelly who told me two days ago they were too busy to open an account. Today she said she had an appointment coming in 20 minutes and, her obvious lack of skill decorating the reception table was a more important task than doing her actual job, I could schedule an appointment tomorrow. That's weird, you said "couldn't help me" two days ago but now you have an appointment today? Well that tells me you have the ability to open an account and you refused service to me two days and today you sent home the other person that can open accounts so you can receive the incentive of opening a businesses without her knowledge. Shady af. Please don't waste your time here expecting customer service or even being treated like a human being.
