Amscot - The Money Superstore, Davie, FL

Just want to take this opportunity to say what a pleasure it is for me write this review in regards to how happy i am with the service, and warm hospitality i always receive from the management and staff at the Shenandoah Square store. Especially manager Mahalia, who is always professional, courteous, and well worthy of her position. The other stores in the area would be wise to take notes from her. Thanks for all that you do, appreciate you.

Don't complain with hours they close when they want

We just wasted two hours at this Amscot store in Davie. Tiffany was very condescending. And didn’t push to help us. Emails were down. We went to our van twice. We are a small business and needed some help. Good one Amscot for really trying to help a small business that needed an extra push for a couple more days. Amscot is a great company. But they should hire customer service reps with good people skills. At least have a smile on your faces. The other rep working was sweet and smiled. But Tiffany just had a bad attitude. We know how businesses work, and that’s why we were here in need of some help. But clearly the employees don’t understand that. Sorry, but never coming to this store again.

Excellent service. The manager Carmen was awesome. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Went in this morning. The young man that assisted me was extremely professional and polite. The paperwork was prepared in good order. I am now a customer and highly recommend this location.

This place is a joke. I went to cash a check and after waiting 35 minutes, the girl tells me she can’t cash it because there’s no history with the bank. Meanwhile the bank on the check is THE most popular bank in town lol I am in their system so I asked how to have history of this bank in the system if they won’t even cash the check? No answers….both ladies there were just rude and did not communicate anything with me! Had me stand there waiting to see why it was taking to long and even had to ask! They think I can’t hear them through the glass but they also mentioned about not being able to fax a copy of the check over to somewhere for verification. They were trying to make a copy to send over but then stopped. They were just rude and lazy. Didn’t want to do their job!

This store it’s very close to my location and Yesterday I went for the first time to make a payment I Did not like the service not all of them but there’s one that looks inpatient and face very serious I felt very uncomfortable I prefer drive a little far to the one at Oakland better service

You take my money I wait four days it's posted in my account and now I have to wait longer in order to give you guys more business. I thought amscot helped but they hold the broken and beaten humans that pay on time everytime down and continued to keep them down instead of helping individuals that truly need their services to pay their own bills. I would understand if I didn't pay but I always pay and u turn me away I thought amscot was a good company until today
