Pawn Plus II, Defuniak Springs, FL

I pawned an Xbox one X that was in perfect condition which from Walmart, Amazon, you name it would have been $200 or more and they only gave me $70. They also demanded I give my controller which I bought separately from the Xbox. The old guy said you can't play without a controller. It's a Bluetooth device old timers. My dad also did business with tools here years ago and they ripped him off too. I will never return here once I retrieve my console.

just looking to rip you off and charge 360% interest on items. also the employees will laugh at you if your trying to sell things to feed your family. i recommend passing this shop up

We were so excited to stop by this pawn shop because we read the reviews before passing through. Upon entering I seen many different items I would of purchased. We are pawn junkies and heavy gold buyers. I seen the gentleman and he acknowledged us and said he would try to get to us. In the meantime I had been waiting almost 25 minutes which would of been okay except for The lady. She was playing on her computer and I asked her twice for help, to see a diamond ring from the jewelry case. She completely ignored me. It's unfortunate because I would of definitely bought everything I saw. I'm only giving a 3 stars because of the gentleman. We eventually made our way to Troy Express Pawn and spent our money. Sorry for your loss.

I am happy with the atmosphere and personnel working at pawn plus. They are honest and helpful. They truly care about their customers and want to give them the best. The sale room is always expanding. They have items of taste for everyone! I had the pleasure of working with the owner, Don. Not only is he very nice and thoughtful but he is very knowledgeable about the items he possesses. I feel comfortable everytime I come into his shop. I know I can come in, pick up what I need, and know that I am getting this item at a very fair price!

We pawned our laptop a couple months ago and ended up not getting it out in time. We just assumed it would be gone immediately based on previous pawn shop experiences. We moved last week and the day after we got to KY this store called to make sure we hadn't made a mistake. This courtesy call is amazing. I'm impressed and it made us laugh. When we're in town we'll probably stop by to see if they have any deals and we've already told friends and family there. Thanks for being such a considerate business!

I stopped in today to try and pawn a couple things I have to get up some money so My wife and I can get back on our feet. Unfortunately what I had wasn't something they could buy from me. I was asked why I wanted to pawn these possessions and I explained my situation. I was then blessed by the gentlemen. I do plan on returning in the future once I'm financially able to. They do have a very wide and extensive inventory. Very nice ppl! I recommend this place to all!

Waited for 30 mins while an employee was exchanging their entire life story with another customer with racist jokes and comments about black people sprinkled in. Only for them to insulting low ball me for what I was trying to sell them. Don't go here unless you don't mind doing business with racists, having your time disrespected, or want to get robbed

14k gold is paying between $19 to $26 dollars a grain in most pawn shops. I took 4.5 grams of 14k gold and they only paid me $58 dollars and supposedly they pay you $13 dollars for gold that is a robbery I do not recommend these people and they will have to wait 40 minutes because they are very slow
