The execution by FCU with the PPP for small business owners like me was absolutely flawless. They were super helpful, the platforms were easy to use, I experienced quick communication, and just genuine helpfulness. Special thanks to Jane Harris. She stayed in constant contact with me, responded to every email quickly, and had a genuine concern for making sure my company survived the mess of the pandemic. I'm so grateful!

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE... You’re better off stuffing your money in a mattress. I wanted to withdrawal money out my account and they lady at the counter had to “call her manager for approval” as if I’m some Con-Man. I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life. Then the manager on the phone JENNIFER was very rude. All I asked is why does she need approval she very rudely yelled “Well If you pay your bill on time we wouldn’t need approval”. She does not deserve to be in customer service! She should be fired. People like her should be prison guards, not bankers for the public. After that experience I went across town to another branch and closed my account.

I'm not rating the customer service, since we did not receive any. My rating applies to the rude welcome (and first impression) we received this past Saturday. We were told at another branch that we could finish our loan at this location. They had all our information and paperwork and the process should be quick. There are many ways we could've been greeted and were somewhat shocked by an employee's reaction to our entrance. As someone that's been in customer service nearly 20 years, I've had my fair share of awkward and rude guest encounters.
*First off, if there are services you don't want to offer past a certain time, make a note of it on your website and on the door. Such as "No loans past 11:00 am on Saturdays"...etc.
*Second, under no circumstances, should you make a customer feel like a burden or inconvenience, (you act like a professional and smile). If you can't do this, day in, day out, then you aren't built for customer service.
*Third, If you do feel the need to express frustration to (or in front of) your customer, please do it in a manner that is mature and courteous.
This rude employee didn't acknowledge us, her comment was made to her colleague. Basically "Can't we turn them away"!? Your demeanor was rude and uncalled for. Your exchange of words made it clear we weren't welcome. As we signed in but quickly left after my husband said "It's obvious they don't want to take care of us, we should go".
*We've never had an issue with customer service at the 43rd street location. In fact, it's been patient and exemplary.*
I wonder if the other reviews tied to poor customer service have anything to do with this same employee, clearly your customer etiquette needs polishing. This was a very poor example of the experience FCU can offer it's customers. You guys are much better than this!

I want to say that Katrina Wright goes way above an beyond. She has made my life so much easier. I’ve had a few issues, most of my own doing. All I have to do is reach out and she is on the spot to get it corrected for me. I really enjoy working with her. You can tell she loves her job by how treats her customers. A huge shout out to you for an amazing job.

Roxanne has been a pleasure to work with! With challenged credit, I didn’t think there were much options for me, but FLCU has given me a chance to prove myself and Roxanne has been a huge part of that process. Thank you Roxanne for everything you do!

This branch is the best, the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Katrina is our to go person, she is a tremendous asset and constantly helps us with our customer requests. I highly recommend her to anyone!!!
