Before I start my review, I am just not one upset customer. I have done business with Embassy Title Loan since 2018. My first two loans were easy (both paid off) until I decided to refinance my last loan. I requested to speak to a manager twice due to the lack of empathy and customer service. The rep Jaynece treated me as though I was not a customer and to add on top of it, she did not know her information. She provided me inaccurate information. One thing I know is business and the customer is always right. That is how you get paid and stay employed. I was told this by an employer. To be a long time customer you will think means something and I now feel that meant nothing. I will not refer potential clients to Embassy Title Loans, I will refer them to Sunshine Title Loans! More so over because I requested to speak with a manager twice on two separate occasions and never received a call back or transferred. Shows why they treat their longtime customers this way, look at management!

DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! They don't tell you correct info upfront, such as an electric bill is required as 3, not 2, of the bills, though the list they read and send says choose 2. And again, you need 3 bills. Apparently they don't listen either when you tell them pertinent info or answer questions. Make sure to repeat that you have a mailing address, WHICH ALL YOUR MAIL GOES and a physical address if that is the case. Somehow my physical was missed on 2 separate calls, though verified on one call when my credit was pulled. The loan is stated not based on your credit, but they pull your credit to "verify address", but the questions that follow are not specific to address only. You don't speak to the same person when you call, which is fine until there is a situation and it becomes he said, she said. Then, that becomes "I'm sorry, but"... and you know they really don't give a care. You have to take the voluntary debt cancellation waiver upfront and then provide prepaid insurance coverage within 7 business days of the loan if you don't want to pay the additional fee of, +/-$1166.00. Don't worry about asking for a manager, Brittany will smirk after you air your grievances and put you on hold for some time before she comes back to tell you, their still in a meeting and not sure for how long. So why not tell someone that upfront? It was already a 3 day process. I don't recommend this place in anyone's time of need. If you don't get the right person that loves what they do there, they will make your situation worse.

This is a predatory company that does not care about anything but money. The customer service is misleading with how the loan really works until your signed. You can't get a supervisor to work with you, and are very quick to pick your car up only 31 days past due after paying for six months and communication with the heartless and cold customer service reps. The worst thing you can do in this world is find yourself stuck with this company that's quick to take your car when you don't owe that much and won't work with you. These are hard times and Embassy Loans lie to the customer to get them and tell a different story once they have your title.

Ms Sherron was very thorough and patient. She even discovered an option that would be more beneficial to me. I would highly recommend them! Compared to other places like this, they have much better interest rates. The repayment options are actually reason. Give them a call and see what they can do for you!

This company is very understanding with their clients. I was very ill and not one call was for a payment it was to see how I was feeling, and that they will keep me in prayer? Ms. Cruz I can’t thank her enough for the out pouring of patience and support. I would recommend this company 1000 times

Great Experience with Embassy Loans, I’ve gotten the privilege to Meet Claire, Who reminds me that it’s important to call and communicate with your Loan Operator Vs Dodging the calls. Her Direct, Yet honest approach was what made me Refinance with them yet again. Everyone else seems to do their job, Keeping things Professional while being on top of their job
