I loved the customer service, very friendly staff. Felt welcomed and the process was super easy and quick. Yenancy Cabrera was the representative that helped me and I would recommend her to anyone going to this location.

5 stars is not enough to describe the level of professionalism and care I received on my recent visit to Advance America in Homestead. The two ladies that assisted me went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get what I needed. I am for sure a customer for life.

Hello! I’ve recently gone to Advance America as a new customer. Even though Advance America was closing in about 15 minutes, a worker Yenancy took her time to help me! I am deeply appreciative of Yenancy’s patience and enthusiasm to help me and an individual who walked in minutes after me. She gave me a parting gift as well!
