Amscot - The Money Superstore, Inverness, FL

The guy that was speaking with me I believe his name was Kyle made it seem like I was trying to not give accurate information. I work over 40 hours in a week and have been for over 2 years now. And you couldn't let me get a cash advance cause of one simple piece of information. I had everything that was needed but I couldn't screenshot if so could do nothing for me. Poor service.

Used to like this location until Todd worked there. Came in twice for money services and both times he gave me attitude about owing them money. Refused to cash my check the first time and would not give me a money order until I paid my balance off. Had a snooty attitude and made ugly faces at me when I questioned him. Not professional whatsoever!. . I don't care that this is the only amscot in town I will not be going back!

This was my first visit to this location and my last .ASHLEY the manager as what was told to me by her was very rude she rolled her eyes back and was very short with me. I ask for somebody else to help me and a male gentleman walk over looked at me and told me I needed to leave the store. As I was packing up all my material they then turn on the alarm on me which then sends notice to the police. I’m 53years old /handicap /and have a 4wheel walker.It took me about an hour to stop shaking. I went to Walmart and finished my business with in ten minutes.and they where very pleasant and helpful…I will never go back to Inverness location again…

I've been here several times. Never had a real problem but the last two visits weren't pleasent. I was assisted by a female and another time by a male employee in white shirts. I'm assuming these are the supervisors/managers if the store. Not friendly at all. I felt like I'm bothering them. Strongly thinking about taking my business somewhere else.

Why is it you choose,"CHOOSE"to work in a customer based job but when a customer comes in to do exactly what"Amscot"is their for this redhead,nasty,unprofessional lady comes at you with all here hate and 1 can only assume she is NOT HAPPY WITH HER LIFE,JOB CHOICES"..shley,that's not our/customers problem and when you get done spewing out all your life's problems on us you just call over the other nasty,unprofessional guy to step in... Act accordingly,or find something you can work from home and not face the public.. Go elsewhere to cash checks,they steal money they don't work for.. Lets get this location shutdown or new people in their..period

They were able to help us cash a personal check after all the banks were closed for the night, it was late, & nothing else was open. Even tho they close at 9pm they still allowed us to come in at 8:55 & cashed the check for us. That really helped us out, a lot! The lady who helped us (I think she's called a cashier too since they deal with handling money, but don't quote me on that, lol) she was really nice & very accommodating. Even tho their prices are on the high side for their check cashing services, it's worth paying for the convenience of the late night, last minute, service. I definitely would recommend the Inverness Amscot on hwy 44. 👍👍 They get 2 thumbs up for sure!
