WANDA NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!! I don't know how she has this job but the disrespect she has toward people just trying to call and ask for rates??? And clearly I see why they won't say it over the phone because as the reviews clearly are mentioning they are terrible rates. She is going to find herself in a bad spot with how she talks to people. My 5 year old has better manners then some of these so called "Grown Folks"!!! You're better off going anywhere but there. FIRE HER NOW BEFORE YOUR BUSINESS GOES UNDER.

I love Ms Wanda, she's very friendly, Customer service minded and professional I will NOT go to any other store but to the store Ms Wanda is at if she move to another store I will fallow her.

Jerrica went above and beyond, because of the hurricane they had no cash, customers were coming in left and right upset acting towards her like it was her fault which she handled very professionally, I have bad anxiety and panic attacks and after an hour wait i started getting a lil edgy, and irritated she did all she could to be sweet and understanding, the approval came thru finally and u realized because they had no cash the card she was giving me was not gonna allow us to take care if our rent we were trying to get paid and i was literally ready to have a meltdown, this lady within seconds figured out a solution and saved me from a lot of headache afterwards, she turned my upset tears into joyful tears , i honestly have given up on people being nice to people lately...it's just been a crazy world..this lady restored my faith in humanity, she was awesome and i wish people in this world could take lessons from her.
