ACE Cash Express, Jacksonville, FL

I've been going to the Main st. location for years since Miss Lisa was there. The last couple of years the manager that's been there runs hot and cold. Most of the time she's been extremely rude to me or trying to rush me and get rid of me. I come every 2 weeks and cash my payroll check, load 3 cards and used to buy money orders. Her money order machine is always broke. I came 2 weeks ago and she was there and a new girl Sydney. I let the new one wait on me. She was wonderful breath of fresh air and a great attitude. Unfortunately the money order machine is still broke. I came in a couple of days ago and the new one was there by herself so I asked her where the manager was. Unfortunately she said she was on vacation. I was hoping the new girl was the manager. But she did say she ordered a new money order machine so hopefully I'll be able to get those next time in. I looked at my receipt and it says her name is Cynthia. She's great and has wonderful customer service!

That Cindy lady is always so nice and helpful. She knows her really well and is super fast.

Cindy was so sweet and greeted me with a smile. She was so fast and very helpful. I will be back.

Good hours of operation ,skilled service agents. Trailing banks and credit Unions, fills the voids for banking.

I got what I came for very nice a prompt. Great customer service will be back for another loan .

Got stuck in a lame situation and had to be bailed out. Went in to apply for a loan and our agent Kiana was awesome. She was pleasant and thorough and even did a little small talk. Definitely helped diffuse a very anxious situation for me. Great experience overall.

I always thought this was a good place to come do business, until I came across Jermany. She's ok, but her attitude could use a little adjustment an also her speed. I have stood in line for more than 10 minutes, never have I seen her smile. Needs improvement!!!!!

Cindy was sweet as always. She handled all of my transactions with ease.
