I will never come to ACE check cashing place again. The representative gave me a Netspend card because she said they didn’t have cash in them. I gave her my ID because I was cashing a tax advance check. She didn’t update the account with my address and now I have a block in my card. I can not access my funds and my child needs baby milk and food. I’m so upset because Netspend asked me to send my ID , social security card, and proof of address. I did this and they said they still can’t take the block off and that they would have to send a check that could take up to 10 business days. If you go to BBB website about Netspend the flare accounts through ace check cashing many people haven’t received a check or their funds. Then they were sued in 2017 by the FTC for the same complaints. They are still scamming and using people during hard times. I can’t wait until Monday to call FTC and the corporate office. This is unbelievable
