Last Thursday I made a payment. Friday they took another payment out of my account. I call the branch and was advised to call Headquarters they were so rude after explaining I was told I needed to wait 24 to 48 hours for a Mgr to give me a call unacceptable, I call back to Branch was advised a District Manager will contact me. He had the associate to call me and if my money was not reversed or Not resolved by the next day he would issue me a refund. The next day he was off which he knew that when he made that statement and of course i didn’t receive a refund and the backup Manager on duty would not honor what the store District Manager had stated. Monday I received a call that they would refund the money 5-7 business days depending on my bank. They did not care the fees I have accumulated due to there mistake. The Store associate Ms,Debra if I could give here 5 stars ⭐️ she was more compassionate and understanding. And she did what she could and she followed up even though she was able to resolve my issue. The store District Manager should be ashamed to lie to his employees and leave them to handle his dirty work. I look at my account today seem as if they doubled added interest back to my account and removed the payment but I still have not received my money. After my payment Friday I owe 264.00 today my account is at 278.00 robbery. This had beer a terrible experience.

Miss Deborah is the best. I've been to multiple location and I always get the best treatment from her. even when she has a lot of customers she get's us out quickly and with a smile. She should be the president of the company.
