The absolute worst loan company and customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. My gap claim over paid my loan payment and I’ve had to wait over a month to get my payment and still have to wait as of now. They’re wait times to speak with customer support is over 2 hours and I’ve had to speak with over 10 agents and no one has answers to my questions. If I could give zero stars I would. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The only suggestion they have is to “call back in a week” and now they’re excuse is that their phone lines are tied up because they just switched systems. So basically any customers that need assistance right now can’t be helped because of their problems. All I can say is, if you thinking of choosing them THINK AGAIN!

These people claim that my payment for my payoff was not showing as being made. I have sent them a copy of my bank statement and my last 4 numbers of the card I used.I have called them 6 times regarding this. Called Again today still not fixed its been a month now.. still receiving collection call 3 to 4 times a day. Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Do not us this company.

From the beginning I have had nothing but the absolute best service. RAC has not only been extremely accommodating and helpful, but it also has one of the best apps I’ve ever used for car payments. I have yet to speak to a single representative who hasn’t been absolutely phenomenal! The last rep I spoke to Ronald, was professional, caring, informative and an absolute joy to speak to. I am so thankful to have used Regional Acceptance for my most recent car buying experience. Highly recommend to all!

These guys have a ton of poor reviews online, but they're in the sub-prime loan business. They loan money to people with shitty credit and primarily deal in auto-loans. If you read the reviews, they're all from people who couldn't pay their loan and had their car repossessed. Duh. They're a sub-prime loan company, not your uncle Jim. They loaned you money; you have to make payments, or they'll repo the car and sue you for the balance. How is this confusing?
My experience with them has been just fine. I bought a Toyota Yaris and they financed me even with horrendous credit. I have never missed a payment and always pay online via their easy-to-use website payment portal. To their credit, they have reported these payments to credit agencies and my credit score has really improved. I'll probably end up refinancing if my credit improves enough, because the interest rate IS high. Overall I'd recommend using these guys if you need a car and have shitty credit but have achieved STABLE employment and a decent income.
