I had a misplaced Money Order from 7 months ago and found it. I took it to this Amscot location and was "helped" by Elisa. She was one of the most unpleasant people I have ever came across. She belittled me as to why it took so long to cash it. After fumbling around she said, with attitude, "No Amscot will accept this" and threw my ID and money order at me through the desk. I asked her why and she said, still with attitude, that it was too old. She could have said something like, "unfortunately, due to company policy, we cannot accept this" and I would have been totally fine. Upon researching, I found out Money Orders don't expire. Elisa needs a serious attitude adjustment, training or needs to be fired. I will now he taking my money order to the post office. Will never use this location again!

Thank God there is more Amscots !!! Because I'll never ever never go back to this one by 535 and Polynesian near Walmart??? Was there 40 minutes ago on Tuesday. Oct,8,22 the only one I could see was a young ish Asian lady >> if she's that Negative, Angry, RUDE>RUDE>RUDE THEN I SAY SEND HER TO MCDONALD'S to work

Spent 2 hours trying to get a loan and couldn't get it because, despite being accepting of CashApp, when I couldn't provide a screen shot due to security features on the app, they wouldn't accept any other form of proof if it wasn't on paper, even if I was showing them my information from the app itself.

To whoever that finds this helpful…
I was in yesterday to cash a check and Elisa was the person who attended me. Let me just say this, I have never been to an establishment and have been treated the way I was treated by Elisa. She was very rude and unprofessional. There was a problem with cashing my check and instead of finding a solution, she shut me out and tried to send me on my way. This is not how someone should be treated and this was not just to me but for other customers that were there. I will NOT be using Amscot services again. Elisa needs reevaluated and re trained. Or maybe even FIRED.

Will never come back to this branch. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, never missing a payment, always on time, and the person there is mean, rude and condescending, and she is like that every time. No more.

ELISA WAS VERY UNPLEASANT WHEN SHE ARRIVED FOR HER SHIFT AFTER THE OTHER LADY WAS ALREADY HELPING 8 OTHERS BEFIRE SHE GOT THERE.
