Capital Pawn - LaBelle, LaBelle, FL

I took some jewelry to them to check out only to see if any if the stone or metals were real. The women i was speaking with hardly paid attention to what i brought and left stuff that to go back and find. I eventually went home and realized she didnt return a earring to me. She likely of course forgot to give it back with the other stuff or she stole it because i suspect it had diamonds in it. I took like 7 pieces of earrings and rings to get checked out. I dont live in labelle so i cant iust go back and ask about it. Ive tried calling countless times to be put on hold by a robot saying im 200th in line. Labelle doesnt have that many people calling to have a line like that make you wait. Probably took the phone off to avoid people. Horrible place.

Need to get with the time's far as accepting payment's. they do not except payments for layaway or even have a website to do so if you layaway something and live in another town you have to drive to the location just to make payments in my opinion is a joke.

Have been doing business with this pawn shop for many many years like 10/11 years. Everyone is so friendly, always greets you and very knowledgeable in everything they sell and then some.( my husband always 20 questions Jose about vehicles and systems but Jose always knows what he is talking about and always gives his personal opinion if he were in that situation. Mark is the same way also.) Mark and Jose are great, always laughing and cracking jokes when we are there. Always good prices and also discounted prices! I wouldn’t go to any other pawn shop!!! Keep up the awesome work guys, you are all amazing!!!

I came to the store Saturday needing help and had many questions. The staff was pleasant and patient and helped me with my purchase. Rob and his team made a happy customer and will see my business in the future.

Everyone at LaBelle Capital Pawn were awesome and so helpful. They even supplied me with cords to charge my PS 3. Apollo was so gracious to reset the game console for me so I would be ready to go when I got my games hooked up. I thank you all so much and highly recommend this location above all others I have visited.

We really love going here! This is the one i would recommend above any others. They are very respectful and so helpful, always with great welcoming attitudes. Especially Mark, he always does his best to meet customers needs all around the store. Jose is also always out and about helping customers. Great all around, thank y'all for choosing Labelle!!!
