Better customer service is needed with this company. I called today to ask if my payment may be taken out on this upcoming Friday instead of Monday because my pay schedule was changed. I don't have control if my employer changed my pay date! What's ridiculous is the response from the customer service rep Adianelys. She goes on to lecture me that I "should have known there is no grace period for payments". What the heck does that even mean! When I bought my car all the sales person at OkCarz told me was if there is an issue with payments call the finance company for a resolution. They act like they will not get their money and it's just ridiculous. This is the last time I finance a car with this company. Flabbergasted by the lack of professionalism and empathy. If this continues, I will be getting the $1200 deposit for the vehicle plus my payment of $240 back & return the car just for the fact that I was already threatened with towing when all I called for was to have my payment taken out 4 days from its due date because my pay schedule changed. I am livid and it's truly insulting that your reps need a class on professionalism.

I have financed 2 vehicles with this company and have no complaints. They worked with me when nobody else would. I have had no problems with either vehicle I owned or with the customer service the company provides. I know there are a lot of negative reviews, but I can honestly say that was not my experience at all.

I will be filing a lawsuit and pressing charges for the unauthorized moving of my MOTHERS vehicle to get to my financed car. They had NO RIGHT to touch any other property! I have them on my security camera moving her vehicle and will be taking action.

The only additional info I have for you is that my mother, who has never had an account with you, is the owner of the vehicle that was moved, unauthorized, by the people you employ to repossess vehicles. We have witnesses and video surveillance of this incident and touching other people's property is illegal and will be dealt with.

Been calling them since the repo man came to take the car that was broken from day one and they never wanted to fix it, just so arrangements could be made for the final payment left on the account as we don't need that car. Left messages for a return call and no one ever called, but it's very convenient that everyone is available to call when a payment is missed. They are very unprofessional and they work alongside the carmart and don't care about you.

I’m very upset. Had gotten my car Dec 1st. My first payment is due Dec. 16. My car was towed this morning Dec.9 around 4am. I’m currently out of town in Jacksonville. I’m confused. I’m not in default. You can’t contact anyone til 9am. It’s just crazy now I’m stuck in Jacksonville.

Lkia was super helpful and professional. She made me feel like she cared about my situation. Most financing companies don't care about your situation or if the car needs repairs, they just want to get paid. I highly recommend this company for your financing if at all possible.
