Manager is super nice, but the employees? NASTIEST ATTITUDES EVER. ESPECIALLY the girl working tonight (today at 1-27-2021 @ 9:53 pm) and the other one Daniella. Why are you working if you have a nasty attitude? They are so impolite and rude! NO PATIENCE FOR PEOPLE. Every single time I come to this amscot there’s a problem, and I was being nice, but they just have ugly behavior. They obviously need to RECONSIDER employment.

If I could give 0 I would, just had to Hang up on the representative because they are so rude. First girl (manager so she said) spoke back to me with the ugliest attitude I have ever heard in customer service , when I asked to speak to another associate the second woman picked up and she seemed to be busy and rushed me on the phone. I will never go inside that location or call that location. Staff needs serious customer service training.

Very hard time to cash a small check. Had all id required.

This place doesn't deserve one star. Their customer service is disgusting. All the women in there are either pregnant or rude. The employees pick and choose who they want to service. They don't even offer tootsies rolls even though the bucket is full. They do not greet you properly and over all it's a dull place.

This Amscot location in Margate, Florida has very rude nasty employees. I tried to be nice and wait in line to be called by the first employee so as not to make her feel rushed. Instead, she growls at me that she can't help me until I'm standing in front of the window. When I changed windows because I didn't want to deal with the first employee's attitude, the second employee tells me I need to approach the window before they can help me. I replied that I just assumed it was similar to a bank where they call you over to the window when they're ready to help you. This second employee snarls back "We're not a bank." Clearly, these employees are either unhappy with their jobs or just aren't trained properly for good customer service. Either way, I hope Amscot will fix the problem.

I love Ann. She was so polite and friendly. The place is nice and clean. All good vibes. They cashed my check within a few minutes. And it wasn’t expensive. Will return to this margate location. Thank you Amscot / Ann and her manager. They were both really polite and nice.
