I’ve been with envision for years, I’ve done major business with them from car loans, personal loans, checking, savings, uchoose rewards. My issue with them are the hours (10am-5pm), long hold times to speak to anyone and today I waited 45 minutes on the phone and once it was my turn, it went straight to rating experience, I refused to rate and it hung up on me. Customer service has went down, you literally have to go into a branch to get anything done. Get it together and start employing people who actually want to there.

Absolutely disappointed with this bank, I’ve been here over 2 years and my account was used by an unauthorized debit and I got charged 2 fees, the lady was so rude and told me don’t hope for getting these fees waved. 70$ isn’t much to people but it is too me right now. Unbelievable!

Very slow . Each employee will give you different answers. It will take them over 2 weeks to release a title for a car that you own! Would not recommend to anyone, ever!

Teller wasn't very friendly. Initially, I was told that I couldn't make a loan payment. Waited in line again, and someone cut in front of me. Teller looked at me but said nothing. After I waited, I was told the co-op system was down. I went to another credit union, and had no issues at all. I will not be back
