Customer Service is pretty bad. Tried to set up bi-weekly payments on my mortgage and the bank does not have this option. You have to sue a 3rd party - Equity Accelerator, just look at the reviews of that service!!! Even worse. Sorry I picked TIAA. My advice is to avoid this bank at all costs.
