The new phone system is horrible. Doesn't seem possible to get a current balance. I hate this . The old phone system was much better.

The absolute worse merger SunTrust could've done! Constantly making mistakes, app never works, they never take responsibility for anything. I've worked in banking over 13 years, and now work in government, still dealing with them on that end, and they're still messing up Daily!!! I'm talking about this bank Truist as a whole, not necessarily one particular branch!!

I had a check drawn on this bank that was sent to me. I drove several miles only to be greated by a locked door. After talking to the lady who came to the door, she told me that I would have to pay $7 to get the check cashed that was drawn on this bank. I have never had this happen to me at any other bank, ever. I guess I will not open any account at this bank when I move to the area. As pretty women once said, "Big mistake, huge mistake".

Terrible experience! Very rude teller, not my fault! I was just trying to cash a $200.00 check. I was the payee, but not a member! I had three forms of ID, Passport, DL and Credit card, but no account there, she refused to cash the check at the drive-through at 4:27PM on a Tuesday afternoon. The inside was already closed at 4 PM. Because I did not have an account there, she denied me any funds, then advised on protocol, that I must come back and get a picture and a thumb print before I could cash the check! I was very polite at all times while she smirked at me. Why would they close the inside portion of bank at 4PM anyway, it's a bank? And the drive through at 5PM? I would think the inside at 5PM and drive through at 6PM, but 6PM sharp! As, I get it, they need to get home too! But what time do they start for heavens sake. Come on, I guess that's why they call it banking hours. OK Suntrust, if that's what you call good banking, like on the TV commercials that you do so well on! I say corruption, and a front for something other! The database for thumb prints, DNA, facile recognition - collection for the big bad something or another! Thank You Sun-data-collection-corp., minus any trust part!

Worst service ever. I tried to make a deposit at the drive-in window I had everything organized in an envelope with the request for the change to be in hundred dollar bills and I asked for deposit slips. I waited over 10 minutes at the window when I saw other lanes were coming and going, I called for assistance. The teller who came on, was not the original teller. She was rude at best and actually raised her voice at me. When my transactions were finally sent out the deposit was done but no deposit slips and the change was mostly in small bills. This is not the first time it had a problem in a shoe repairs Texans to restrict over the tellers are not sufficiently trained, and are now reacting in a rude manner. I have been SunTrust customer sincerely 90s however, I am now considering closing this account I’m going to another bank. Poor service is bad enough, but I will not be true, and the roof matter wrong if you buy a bank employee

How can a bank not have an
ATM???? Especially with closing branches all over the area recently. I had to drive 12 miles for nothing but street fair traffic hassles.

I recently visited Mt Dora to house sit. While there I lost my wallet. Drivers license, bank cards, some cash, insurance cards. The usual stuff. I went to this branch and with very professional steps but not any hassle, I was able to withdraw money from a savings account. I back traced my steps the next day and found my wallet in the mgrs office at a store I had visited. The staff at the bank did everything they could to help me with this scary situation. I love Truist. I have been with Suntrust since maybe 2005. They have always been the friendliest and most helpful group of professionals in any business I have known.
You can feel safe and comfortable with this bank.
