The Check Cashing Store, North Fort Myers, FL

Because of hurricane Ian we were not able to make our payment on time (1st time ever 10 year customer). At first they were willing to work with us. When we told them we could pay them on the 28th they hit our account a week early and with no notice. Costing us an additional $35 in overdraft fees. Never going back! BTW Martha is awesome and the only reason we continued to go back. I do not recommend this place.

For Martha what can I say exceptional manager went above and beyond and out of her way to take care of her customers.. she deserves so much more than a thank you.. the world needs more Martha's!! This is an edit.. I'm replying to Jeff's comment up front as far as he was review he was a very difficult man as I recall I was standing behind him waiting to merely make a payment on my loan never have I ever been trated anything but respect here and it's far from shady .

Martha is awesome. The store is an asset to the community. Martha takes the time to get to know her customers

They provide a great service, Nery Laura was very kind, attentive, I have that store in my preferences for the impeccable attention they always give me, I recommend them if they need help there they will always have a good treatment

went here for my first time, and had a great experience. very helpful staff and informative, made my first time an ease. I believe Martha was the lady who helped me, helped me with an issue walmart had me encounter. Martha heard my story and helped the bus she can and got me on the data and out the store quick and helpful thank you guys so much for the help and extra care.

Went here to cash my government check and has prepared myself for them to take out a couple hundred bucks. This polite and lovely woman, Martha behind the counter was able to find me a discount of up to 45% off. Making the money come out only $16 and some change. I appreciate the customer service here and will be returning anytime I need a loan or checks cashed.
