Pretty bad when you bring in the same gun they have in their case selling for 579$ and they offer you 150$.. if you buy for half of gunbroker then sell your guns at gunbroker prices not retail.

I had never been to a pawn shop before today. I went in to sell my item of of despair to meet basic needs until starting my new job. I worked with Martin who did everything he could to help me. I am so thankful. The entire staff is very friendly. They have many items that I would love to purchase that are high quality. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend working with them.

When I went to pick up a gun transfer, there were already 4 others doing the same. But these guys and gals are good. We were all processed and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Plus they have a nice selection of firearms themselves. The last transfer I did I also bought a gun from them.

I used Loan Star for an FFL transfer and have found my new go-to for any transfers I need to do in the future. The staff is friendly, and the price for a transfer is the most reasonable around. Also, the NP location has a good 2A selection, and that includes ammo in stock.

I just want to say how truly blessed I am with the customers who come into this store. To everyone, thank you for being so patient, kind and understanding. I truly am blessed for each and every person who walks into our store. Everyone is out top priority. So thank you to all of our customers. Very honest and professional people working here! I’m a young female and when dealing with items that I don’t know much about, I’m always a bit wary of getting “hoed” at pawn shops. This was the case yesterday when I went into Loan Star with a small amount of vintage gold jewelry. Before I even remembered to ask, the woman helping me (I wish I had asked her name, she was great) said she was going to test the stones on a couple of my items to see if they were real diamonds. It turns out they were! I probably wouldn’t have even known had she not offered to check, and she likely knew this but still checked anyways and it absolutely made my day. She even said that I could bring in some of the stuff I assumed to be costume just to check and make sure. Thank you Loan Star! I will be returning.
