They have friendly and helpful staff. Their online banking system is user-friendly and secure. Overall, I have a great experience banking here and would recommend them to anyone looking for banking services.

A MASTERCLASS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Gabby helped me with opening an account the other day & provided world-class service one would come to expect from larger institutions! As I walked into their front lobby, Gabby grabbed my attention and acknowledged me with a smile, a friendly greeting & welcomed me to the Credit Union. Now, that's a warm welcome, I thought to myself. Her tone of sincerity when she asked "How may I be of service to you" is what crystalized by first impression of the credit union: a place I’d like to do business with. We went through the process of opening my account as Gabby paid special attention to the fact that I had just moved into Ocala. She pointed out the other branch in town along with a thorough overview of all their services - not taking anything for granted. Our conversation was driven by her questions, seeking to understand my banking needs, so I sensed that she was not working off a "service script" like so many other credit unions. For the first time in about 3 decades, my experience in dealing with a credit union was not painful. It was pleasant, efficient, and gave me the confidence that this place will treat me right, like a TRUE partner would. Now, I look forward to my next visit. Extra bonus: She didn't have to wish me "Have a Magical Day"... as I was already on cloud 9!

I have been a member and using Ocala Community Credit Union for almost 20 years. I love that hometown feel where they know me by name, instead of a number. I finance all of my vehicles through them and wouldn’t think of changing that. Diane Guinn is the most thorough loan officer I’ve ever dealt with and always looks out for my best interest. You would never get that at the big banks! Not to mention the specials they run on finance rates, why would I ever go anywhere else!!!

Vicky is just wonderful! She is very kind and patient and has been extremely helpful!! She listened to my concerns and questions and was successful in helping us secure a loan due to a car accident we was in recently. She went above and beyond and is still responding to my emails weeks after our loan was approved. Her customer service is beyond 100 stars and my husband and I are extremely grateful for her. Hi Ocala! I felt compelled to let you know I have been banking with OCCU since 2012 and wanted to say, "THANKS" for the way they demonstrate the "best hometown feel" in the banking industry!
As soon as I enter their front doors, I am warmly greeted and treated with patience, kindness and understanding! My wait time is unusually short and the drive thru even shorter! I appreciate how I can ALWAYS count on either JANET or VICKY to happily assist me and answer any of my financial questions. These gals are second to none! They sure know how to treat you like a VIP or better yet, their customer care, is as if you were like part of their FAMILY!
