Very poor customer service from one of the tellers here.
The guy deposits my money in someone else’s account and when I catch while looking at my receipt. He tells me it’s not that big of a deal. Then the supervisor that he had do the override doesn’t say anything to him. Very unprofessional the guy is rude. No telling how many peoples money he had put in other peoples accounts.

Always welcomes you as soon as you walk in the door the only issue that I have is I belong to another credit union that I've been with since 1987 and this is a sub-branch and they will not let me use the drive-thru without having an account with them. I've been with my Gold Coast for so many years and I never have an issue with Gold Coast and don't pay for my checks or anything else so I'm not about to switch

I had a fraud on my debit card in the middle of the night as soon as it hit my card mid Florida put a hold on it and contacted me they got the fraud stopped Jems help me get a new card and I was back in business with in 20 min thanks for your help I highly recommend thus bank the people are great and easy to work with

My card was recently charged with two unauthorized transactions that the bank thankfully paid back. I had confirmed the transaction was me on accident to the automatic texting service and then tried to unconfirm it, but the initial response was what mattered.
I called about the first transaction when I saw it and they said my card hadn't been locked but that were locking it then. Another transaction went through afterwards on Saturday night but they paid that right back on Monday morning since it was definitely supposed to be locked. They paid back te first initial charge as well so I'm very greatful!
I just wish they had a 24/7 customer service (the one for reporting fraud only works for credit cards).

I am a snowbird from ny and belong to a credit union. I can go to any credit unions atm without a charge but not here. I think $4 is a little steep. I refused to pay it. I'll go to Walmart and just get cash back on a purchase

I have banked with midflorida in the past and haven’t had any issues with them as my credit union. They have new checking and savings account openings for new members and provide personal, auto, & mortgage loans. FDIC insured so you won’t need to worry in the case of a mishap. The banking staff are all pleasant and friendly people who strive to resolve any banking needs you may have.

From out of town and Nikki at this credit union made it so easy to access our money from 5 states away. Very pleasant and smiled the whole time..
