Anthony is so rude as soon as I get in there people waiting in line as we should he yelling come to a window like we should know to do that.but people wait in line so they know who is there first duhh but he yelling for people to come up in a rude manner and he doesn’t know who is there first. He skipped us several times. and they lady tells him we were waiting (I said nothing)he says oh I’m doing a lot of stuff they gone have to wait but that’s not an excuse you help people as the come in that’s why there is a line for people to wait to be served so everybody is in order no problem because if we wait in line or at the window we still waiting but at least you have order and no one is offended because the rude comments weren’t necessary. He need better costumer relations and service. The other lady who helped did just that got me in and out no rude comments nothing I don’t know her name.

Apologize for give you the answer 7 months after the incident. I understand your frustration. Some bills request special methods for make thrust the system because is not fee at Amscot, basic on that the system does not allow pay more than a $100 dollars( be honest the limit is $99.99) and no less than $10. I remember that your boyfriend came in a hurry trying to make the payment before 12:00 am that date, the payment was for the amount of $110. I told him that I’ll break the payment in two transactions. Great, looks like a successful and the computer print the receipt. Period on this and 15 minutes after 12 am your boyfriend called to the store, and I answered the phone. He said the payment was not completed because the service wasn’t back. I told him: normally take 3 business days to be post. He said :”not this is not correct because the service get back right away after the payment “. Alright Alex you can come back and I’ll give you the money back to you if that will solve the problem. Perfect looks like we agreed. At the time that him back I called my main office to proceed the refund. Unfortunately Boost mobile do not refund the money and the payment goes right away to their system so my main office do not allowed me to gave him the money back because the payment was completed. I explained that to him and my hands are tight on this. A miss understanding happened because for the two years that I worked for Amscot he was the first customer that claim a refund of boost mobile. I did not know that you can’t get the money back. He was upset and frustrated( I understand) but yes: I DO NOT GET PAID ENOUGH TO GET YIELD and that why I quick two weeks after. I really sorry for that. Hope you provide an EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL service at wherever you do for living.

This location is very busy, so there's always a bit of a wait. The staff could be a little more friendly and courteous. They act like they are doing you a favor being there.

Horrible experience. When I came inside I stood there for a few minutes without even being acknowledged and usually when they're busy they will at least acknowledge you. Karen tried to assist me but failed miserably at customer service. I needed a money order for a rent payment that is split between myself and someone else. Normally she gets the money order but this time I had to get it because she was not able to get off of work. They would not allow me to purchase the money order because the apartment is in her name and I did not have proof that it was my residence. I have a big issue with Karen because of the way that she handled the entire situation. She did not thoroughly explain everything to me and when she did speak to me she was very rude and condescending. I don't have a problem hearing no but I do have a problem with the way a response is given. I have worked in banking and I also have worked in customer service for many years. This was one of the worst experiences that I have had in customer service. I wasted at least 20 25 minutes of my time and what's worse is I was mistreated by someone who is supposed to assist me in a professional way. I went right up the street to my bank and was in and out in 7 minutes and I got exactly what I needed without a hassle AND I was treated with respect.

This location is really a 0. However that’s not an option! Mrs Veda started to help me nice woman explains what I need to know but as you’re filling out paperwork we all know Amscot’ employees will continue working assisting others etc. While I was filling out the paperwork a woman name O’dea comes up and doesn’t say anything just starts typing. Then says did I send over the email I told her yes and she walked away and came back and I asked her where am I in the process. Keep in mind O’dea never said much which is why I want to know and obviously was standing there waiting in the unknown. She’s like it’s just getting started and is mad at this point because I told her ok you can continue to do your job I just wanted to know because you’re not letting me know anything anyways. She like I am doing my job and gets mad and walks off. You have Shana which is the manager sitting there the entire time listening to O’dea going back and forth with me! I asked Veda when she returned to give me her referring to Odea and corporate information and Veda pointed to Shana that she was the manager! Shana also sat in the back mumbling something and I told her she hasn’t addressed me referring to Shana for me to even hear what she was saying! So Shana continues to do whatever she wants and when I could I took this picture of here because she never gave the information when I requested it! Shana is pissed yells you can’t do that and NOW walks away from a client writing her name down wanting to comply. It’s a shame that we have to do anything to get people to do their jobs! Silly behavior from 2 over the age woman who agreed to work for Amscot! Heres the real problem you have 2 woman who are so ignorant as if I’d could ever disrespect or harm them ridiculous when your already behind a glass window and you have all my personal information behind a screen I can’t even see (power that could harm me (photograph memory). And your the one walking off because you might not have like the way a customer is communicating with you or Shana going off about a picture due to her negligence and behavior as a manager. Hilarious, always keep it professional and businesses over your personal feelings. Oh, and also we the people don’t work for Amscot you do!

JULIO is the most disgusting and disrespectful employee!!!! He degrades and disrespects the customers in front of his fellow employees and other customers! Then walks away and laughs with his fellow coworkers!!!
I have used Amscot over the years for different service not just cash advances and today was my WORST experience ever!!! JULIO made his degrading comments to me in the window next to while helping other customers!! All because I made a mistake with the dates and was looking at Septembers calendar and not Octobers calendar.
I have filed a complaint with customer service online and the district manager! I felt it needed to be shared everywhere!
No one should be belittled and degraded because they need to use AMSCOT!

I don’t come to this location if I can help it . They are rude and very unprofessional! They are bias and discriminatory. Jose who is a manager told a white woman “you people come here for the loans”… Do rude! The lady cried while the manager sat by the wall faking like she’s on the phone… This is the worst amscot in Orlando. Very racist and rude.
